The tabletop game Disney Villainous puts players in the roles of their favorite Disney villains, from Maleficent and Captain Hook to Yzma and Oogie Boogie, to duke it out to see who achieves their evil goals first. There are a ton of playable characters, even including those from Marvel and Star Wars, and they’ve been adding more and more over time.

That being said, there are plenty still absent from the game. The list below is just some of the baddies missing from the game.

Heffalump

Winnie the Pooh is one of Disney’s most beloved IPs and has plenty of projects in its library. It would make sense to try to include it in just about anything Disney puts out, including Villainous. The closest thing Winnie the Pooh has to a villain is the Heffalump, but it would genuinely work well for the game. Woozles and Bees would be its allies, and it would focus on making opponents scared and “confoozled.” This could be a fun one flavor-wise.

Judge Frollo

Judge Frollo from The Hunchback of Notre Dame is one of Disney’s most underrated villains as well as one of the most cruel. Imagine playing as Frollo and throwing down Hellfire upon your enemies. He’d absolutely be someone who plays dirty, and it would be a ton of fun in a game all about being evil.

Hopper

There’s already some Pixar representation in the form of Lotso Hugging Bear from Toy Story 3, so why not more? Hopper from A Bug’s Life would be perfect for this game. He’s a really threatening and entertaining villain in the movie and he could be in the game as well. Command his grasshopper army and oppress your opponents.

Gantu

Lilo and Stitch is a massively popular Disney franchise with several movies and a TV series. It’s actually quite shocking that Stitch’s archnemesis isn;t in the game yet. With Hamsterviel as an ally and all kinds of alien tech at his disposal, he’d be a force to be reckoned with.

Clayton

Clayton, the big bad from Tarzan, would be perfect for Villainous. He’s a crazed, overly-obsessive hunter who will stop at nothing to get what he wants. With his hunting rifle, machete, and survival skills (that admittedly don’t help him in the end), he could make for an interesting villain to play as. With the unique goal of capturing a certain amount of gorillas, he would be interesting to play as. Maybe he would win by drawing a certain amount of gorilla cards or something along those lines.

Shan Yu

Shan Yu is the terrifying villain from Disney’s Mulan. His deck would come with plenty of allies in the form of the rest of the Huns and his trusty pet falcon. His tactical know-how, weaponry, and brutality would all translate well to card abilities that would be fun to play as. Heck, you might even be the threat at the table when playing as this guy.

Yokai / Professor Callaghan

Yokai, a.k.a. Professor Callaghan is the kabuki mask wearing villain in Disney’s Big Hero 6. He’s mysterious, menacing, intelligent, and would be a lot of fun to play as. His army of telepathic microbots, as well as his genius, would translate well to cards in the game. With what he did to Tasashi, he deserves to be up there with the likes of Jafar and other big Disney villains.

Commander Rourke

Disney seems to always forget about Atlantis: The Lost Empire, which is depressing since it’s a fantastic film. It’s a movie that could use more representation in every way possible, including in Disney Villainous. Commander Rourke is a greedy and ruthless antagonist who is willing to hurt others for personal gain. That could easily be represented by what cards, abilities, and goal he has in the game.

Chernabog

Disney loves to use Chernabog as one of the faces of their villains lineup, yet he’s somehow absent from the Disney Villainous board game. He premiered way back in 1940’s Fantasia, and has been seen as an iconic image of evil ever since. He’s terrifying and radiates malice. His ghostly minions would make for perfect allies in the game, and his dark magic could be translated into cards in a variety of ways. Classic Disney fans would absolutely jump at the chance to play as him.

Miles Quaritch

Marvel and Star Wars are both previously existing properties that were bought by Disney, and both have representation in the game. Similarly, Disney bought Fox and therefore owns James Cameron’s Avatar. It’s a huge money-making franchise in its own right, and definitely deserves some representation in Villainous. Quaritch is a fantastic villain, especially after the events of the third movie in the series. He’d genuinely make for a great addition to Villainous.

Kingdom Hearts Villains

You and I both know that a Kingdom Hearts expansion in Disney Villainous would sell extremely well. Whether it be Xehanort, Ansem, Xemnas, the Master of Masters, or anyone else, the hit video game franchise has plenty of fantastic options for possible playable villains. They each have plenty of allies and abilities perfect for Villainous, too. If the folks over at Prospero Hall and Ravensburger want to keep making Villainous, this one is bound to happen eventually.
